I purchased a Delphine in the past, and the smocking was too long for my short waisted figure. It also seemed to have too much material which was overwhelming for my figure and made me look bigger. The skirt has been perfected! I bought it as a set, but I did end up returning it because the top just did not work for my figure. I am a size 4/6, and I wear a small in this skirt although I could have gone down to an XS.
